Typical women’s clothing in Northern Albania, over the Drin River, Dukagjin, Nikaj-Merturi and Rugova, Malesi e Madhe and Albanian of Montenegro. The xhublet is a skirt in the rough texture, which comes wrapped in the end, especially in the back. It was made of a large number of strips and narrow belts , placed horizontally and intertwined with gajtane. they hang on the shoulder with two wide belts. In the eighteenth century, the xhubleta are made in a range of colors, but the colors that have come to this day are: black for women and black and white for girls. Other parts of the xhublete suit are: Kraholine, xhoka, kerdhokla, paraniku, ankle, etc.
Xhubleta has an ancient origin. It shows the likeness of some Neolithic figurines found in Bosnia, but also in other parts of the Mediterranean, which belong to the second millennium BC and relate to the old Mediterranean civilizations.
In the jubilee are depicted pagan symbols that demonstrate the connection of the populace with the Illyrian goddesses of the times, like Mikon Gjarpri and his twin Zeus, the peaceful God of the Eu, as well as symbols of mythological creatures that are believed to inhabit today the Great Mountains alps, Kastrati, Kelmend, as well as some old houses illuminated by crafts in Gruemire, Malesi e Madhe.
